39bat is an online betting and casino platform providing entertainment services in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all members who use the 39bat platform.

By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the platform, you agree to comply with all the terms set out below, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you disagree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The 39bat website, mobile application, and all related services.
• "Member" — Any individual registered on the platform.
• "Account" — A member's personal platform account.
• "Bet" — Participation in any game or sports market on the platform involving a monetary stake.

1.2 Changes to the Terms

39bat reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To use the 39bat platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

2.1 Age Restriction

Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account and place bets on 39bat. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. Proof of age may be requested during identity verification.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be suspended and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

3.1 Password Protection

Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 39bat support team immediately.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited. An account is personal and non-transferable property.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

39bat may request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure security. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete. Required documents may include: National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.

3.4 Account Suspension or Closure

In the event of a terms violation, 39bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account. Any applicable balance will be returned, but bonus funds will be forfeited.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on the 39bat platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Conditions

• Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the registered payment account.
• Direct payments to third-party accounts will not be made.
• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be held if fraudulent activity is suspected.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

39bat offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,000, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Using multiple accounts to earn bonuses is prohibited.
• If any bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The expiry period of each bonus will be stated specifically in each offer.

5.4 Changes to Promotional Terms

39bat reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer. The specific terms of each offer can be found on the relevant promotions page.

39bat offers three VIP tiers that provide special benefits to regular players.

6.1 VIP Tiers

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

6.2 Tier Advancement

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. The criteria for tier advancement are determined based on playing style and activity.

6.3 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is added to a member's account every Monday. Cashback is directly withdrawable, though detailed usage terms apply.

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets will be governed by the rules set out on the platform. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical fault on the platform causes an issue with bet processing.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is cancelled due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, the staked amount will be refunded. In such cases, 39bat's decision is final.

7.3 Fair Play Policy

39bat is committed to ensuring a fair playing environment. Fraudulent activity, use of bots, or any abuse of technical advantages is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, the account will be investigated.

7.4 Result Determination

The outcome of all games and settlement of sports events will be determined based on the rules of the relevant game provider and official results. In the event of a dispute, 39bat's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Stealing or hacking other members' account information.
• Infringing the intellectual property of the platform.
• Misconduct or threatening behaviour toward staff.

39bat gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. All data is secured by SSL encryption. We never sell members' personal information to third parties.

10.1 Setting Self-Limits

Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. There is also an option to voluntarily suspend or close an account temporarily.

10.2 Protection of Minors

• Losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Third-party software or hardware faults.
• An account being compromised due to a member's own negligence.
• A member not receiving the expected benefit from the outcome of a bet.
• Unexpected technical issues or scheduled system maintenance downtime.

In any case, 39bat's maximum liability will be limited to the actual amount deposited by the member in the relevant transaction.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process

After a complaint is submitted, 39bat will investigate and issue a decision after reviewing all relevant information. 39bat's decision is final and binding.

All content on the 39bat platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 39bat or the relevant licensors. Members may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is prohibited.

A member may close their account at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before submitting an account closure request. Even after account closure, certain provisions of these terms (such as limitation of liability and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

Likewise, 39bat reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
